If any of you have ever wanted to attend a Corvette Racing Event at
Indy, this is the event for you. Mark your calendar for Thursday through
Sunday, July 26-29, 2012 to be part of a history making event at the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Be a
part of History! Four Races. Three Days. One Track.
Don't miss out on the inaugural running of the Super Weekend at the
Brickyard! For the FIRST time in Indianapolis Motor Speedway history
races will take place on the 2.5-mile oval and 2.535-mile road course
during the same weekend. NASCAR Nationwide Series and GRAND-AM Road
Racing will join the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at the Greatest Race
Course in the World!
Corvette
owners will be making history as we park our Corvettes in the Indy
infield Corvette Corral with other Corvette owners from around the
country while cheering on our Corvette racing teams as they race all
around us!
For the
FIRST TIME EVER at Indy, GRAND-AM Road Racing will conduct separate
races for its Rolex Sports Car Series and Continental Tire Sports Car
Challenge on the 13-turn IMS road course on Friday, July 27, 2012.
Featured drivers include four-time Indianapolis 500 driver and four-time
Rolex Daytona Prototype champion Scott Pruett, 2005 Indianapolis 500
12th-place finisher and four-time CART series champion Sebastien
Bourdais, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series star A.J. Allmendinger and two-time
Indianapolis 500 driver and current NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
star Max Papis. GRAND-AM Road Race Manufacturers include Chevrolet,

The Registry returns to
Corvettes at Carlisle for another year of FUN on the Hill! Members, in
order to park your C5 or C6 on “Registry Hill” you need to register for
the Corvettes at Carlisle Fun Field and be sure to tell them you are
with the Official C5/C6 Registry. The number of parking spaces we
have on the Hill is directly linked to the number of pre-registered
Registry Member Corvettes. So make sure you pre-register for this

OFFICIAL C5/C6 REGISTRY HOST HOTEL & MEMBERS’ DINNER
Our host hotel is the
Comfort Suites Carlisle at 10 S. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013
(800-704-1188). There is usually a waiting list, so we suggest you call
ASAP! You can also call Pennsylvania Hotel/Motel at 877-727-8573 and
they will help you with your accommodations.
The Registry will host a
dinner on Friday, August 24th at the Comfort Suites. Corvette
Plant Manager Dave Tatman will be our speaker again this year. There
will be plenty of GM Corvette Brand representatives present to visit
with. This is a great way to relax at the end of the day and catch up
with other Registry Members you haven’t seen in a while.
Cocktails
(cash bar) begin at 6:00 pm with dinner served at 6:30 pm. Your dinner
choice is Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Atlantic Salmon
available for vegetarians. The cost is $40 per person paid in advance.
The room accommodates 150 people, so be sure and make your reservations
